General comments on the selection of proposals.

· Each selected participant will be provided with official invitations in order to get economic aid from institutions of his/her country for flight tickets and accommodation costs.

· The selected applicants will have to send via e-mail an artistic photo and a signed acceptance (scanned) of their participation in the festival. The text will be provided by the committee and will include too the acceptance of publishing the applicant's name, photo and data in the festival advertisement (web site, posters, newspapers, tv, etc).

· The festival concerts will be filmed and this record will be used for promotion. The festival will be able to use one song (previously agreed with each artist) for editing a cd of the festival. This work will be distributed for fundraising purpose. Artists will not receive any royalties from this. Each artist will be given two 2 cds at no cost.

· As a general rule, the festival will not pay any fee, flight or land ticket to any participant selected through application form.

· Our interest focuses on generating an atmosphere of brotherhood and respect. This is the reason why each participant will be able to attend actively the rest of the activities as a colleague during the whole festival. These activities will take place in the framework of the following events: concerts, masterclasses, conferences, lectures, instruments exhibitions, book presentations, workshops and debates on the world's present (cultural, social, environmental, psychological, humanitarian aspects among others)

· The festival, through its website, will bring detailed information about hotels and hostels for participants to be able to make their reservations.

· The festival will provide translators for the activities requiring it.

· Each participant will be able to exhibit and sell their cds and books at a given space designed by the festival for this aim. The festival will be given a 20% of each unit selling price.

· Instrument makers will not pay any percentage of the instruments they sell.
